Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Our heating and cooling was old, and under powered. The AC went out in the fall, but with the weather cooling we put that on hold. However when the temperature dropped to 6 degrees our heater could only get the house temp to 62. The air would also blow stronger in some rooms and weaker if any, from others. Mr Penny found us exactly what we needed to achieve what we wanted, and even guided us away from unnecessary expense. They removed our poorly run and patchwork-ed old ducting and ran us all new. Best of all he was on site for most of the installation. We now have an energy efficient system, which maintains an even temp throughout our house. We are very please with the service, the cost and the workmanship. I would happily recommend Penny Air Solutions to anyone.

Shaun is extremely personal and very quick to respond. I’ve had 2 different (unrelated) emergency issues with my AC unit, and both times Shaun was immediately ready to come and diagnose the situation. He works very efficiently, and I know that he will take the time to pay meticulous detail to my family’s needs without overlooking the small things in a way that a bigger company would not. Responsive and honest. They were at my house within 30m of emailing through the website. My unit was shutting off after a minute or two with no heat. After a thorough inspection, he broke the news that I needed to replace our air filter with a different kind. He then took the time to explain in non-technical terms what the issue was.
